Shipping policy
At ClutchFrame Co., each Lumen Frame is made to order and personalized specifically for you, using the photo and song you provide at checkout.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 1–3 business days.
- Once your Lumen Frame has been produced, it will be shipped directly to your delivery address.
Shipping Times
We offer free shipping on every order. Please allow up to 14 days from the time your order is placed to when it arrives at your door, as each Lumen Frame is handmade to order rather than shipped from stock.
Please note: this is an estimate and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. customs delays, local holidays, or weather disruptions).
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While rare, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@clutchframe.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos (if damaged)
Our support team will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
