How long does it take to receive my Lumen Frame?
Each Lumen Frame is made to order once you submit your photo and song. Please allow up to 14 days from order to delivery.
How does the song feature work?
Every plaque includes a scannable code that plays your chosen song directly from Spotify when scanned with a phone camera — no app needed on the recipient's end besides Spotify itself.
What photo should I use?
Any clear, well-lit photo works best — JPG or PNG, at least 1000px wide. Group photos, couple photos, or single portraits all work great.
Can I use a song that isn't on Spotify?
Right now, our scannable code links directly to Spotify. If your song isn't available there, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
What's the Lumen Frame made of?
A custom-printed acrylic panel on a warm LED wood base, powered by USB.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since every Lumen Frame is personalized specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, contact us and we'll make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we offer free shipping, and delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.
What if I made a mistake with my photo or song?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before production begins.
